Job summary

HRTX in Laguna is seeking an IT Head to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, systems and IT strategy onsite. The role requires leadership of the IT function, alignment of tech with business goals, and ensuring security and continuity across critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage projects and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with leadership/management exposure.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, networks and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading teams and technology projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT function and team.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support.
