Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a seasoned IT Head to steer the organization’s technology strategy and day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a senior leader adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing infrastructure, SAP and enterprise systems, and driving IT initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leader with 12–15 years of managing IT operations.
• 5+ years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience as strategic and hands-on IT leader.
• Experience in large FMCG/pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems.
• Track record in IT projects, system implementations, and PMO.
• Process orientation with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align IT with business needs across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, roadmap, operations, and service delivery for the organization.
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications and enterprise systems.
• Oversee SAP administration and optimization along with other enterprise systems.
• Drive IT projects, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure availability, security, and efficiency of IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support for critical issues and major initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Develop and manage the IT team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
