Job summary

PM Consulting in Canlubang, Laguna seeks an IT Head to lead the company’s technology strategy, systems, and day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a senior leader who balances strategic planning with hands-on involvement in technology initiatives, projects, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years managing IT operations, 5+ years in leadership, and proven experience delivering SAP deployments and enterprise system optimizations in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of managing overall IT operations experience.
• 5+ years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a strategic and hands‑on IT leader.
• Experience in large FMCG/pharma/manufacturing or similar complex enterprise environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in IT projects, systems implementations, and project management.
• Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the IT strategy, roadmap, operations, and service delivery.
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, and overall technology operations.
• Oversee administration and optimization of SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Lead IT projects, systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and operations through tech.
