Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks an IT Head to lead the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations from an onsite base in Pasay. You will drive digital transformation and ensure secure, scalable IT systems that align with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with business units, vendors, and technology partners to deliver critical IT initiatives and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong experience in IT leadership roles (IT Manager, Head, Director level).
• Expertise in infrastructure, systems management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Develop and implement IT strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications.
