PM Consulting in Canlubang, Laguna seeks an IT Head to lead the company’s technology strategy, systems, and day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a senior leader who balances strategic planning with hands-on involvement in technology initiatives, projects, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years managing IT operations, 5+ years in leadership, and proven experience delivering SAP deployments and enterprise system optimizations in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the IT strategy, roadmap, operations, and service delivery.

• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and operations through tech.

Role Overview

Qualifications

• At least 12 to15 years of managing the overallIT operationsexperience, with significant experience leading or managing an overall IT function, including5 years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience as both a strategic and hands‑on/tactical IT leader.
• Experience in a large FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similarly complex enterprise environment is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in IT projects, systems implementation, and project management.
• Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT functions while aligning technology initiatives with business requirements.

• Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and business‑critical systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands‑on technical and operational support when required, particularly for critical issues and major initiatives.
• Partner with senior management and key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Lead, develop, and manage the IT team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
