Our Clients is seeking an IT Head to lead the overall IT function, shaping technology strategy, systems, and day-to-day operations from a senior leadership position.

The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in enterprise environments, SAP, and project delivery, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement across IT teams.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years managing the overall IT operations experience.
• 5 years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Strategic and hands-on/tactical IT leader.
• Experience in a large FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similarly complex enterprise environment is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in IT projects, systems implementation, and project management.
• Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall IT strategy, roadmap, operations, and service delivery of the organization.
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, and overall technology operations.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Lead and manage IT projects, systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and business-critical systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support when required, particularly for critical issues and major initiatives.
• Partner with senior management and key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Lead, develop, and manage the IT team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
