Job summary

Global Virtuoso, Inc. is seeking an IT Supervisor & Network Administrator to oversee the organization\'s end-to-end IT infrastructure in a 24/7 BPO environment.

You will lead a team, maintain high availability, and drive security compliance across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will mentor IT Helpdesk Officers, resolve incidents, and collaborate with IT leadership to enhance infrastructure and ISMS alignment with ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT infrastructure, network administration, systems engineering, or related tech support roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network administration, systems management, server operations, and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and stability of server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and plan capacity for scalability.
• Provide second-level and escalation support for network, system, and infrastructure issues.
• Oversee network devices, firewall administration, and VPNs.
