Job summary

Ethos Support Co. is seeking an IT Manager to own security, reliability, accessibility, and day-to-day administration of our global technology environment. You will lead endpoint management, IAM, security operations, asset lifecycle, and vendor coordination across a distributed workforce.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who sets standards, documents decisions, and balances user support with disciplined controls in a fast-paced BPO setting where client requirements vary by account.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT experience with at least 2 in a leadership or senior admin role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Able to manage remote and globally distributed users across multiple time zones.
• Strong documentation, project and vendor management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and security of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and other company platforms.
• Lead IAM, including user provisioning, RBAC, MFA, access reviews, and offboarding.
• Manage company devices, endpoint enrollment, security policies, patching, encryption, and compliance monitoring.
• Establish IT policies, SOPs, asset records, documentation, and audit evidence.
• Oversee technical support and ensure requests and changes are documented, prioritized, and resolved.
• Monitor security alerts, coordinate investigations, and escalate risks promptly.
• Manage hardware/software procurement, deployment, inventory, licensing, warranties, and vendor relationships.
• Support SOC 2 controls, client security reviews, audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Translate client security requirements into practical controls for Operations and HR.
• Assess requirements for new client launches and ensure readiness before go-live.
• Develop business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and incident response procedures with regular testing.
• Track SLAs, metrics, device compliance, recurring issues, and costs; report to leadership.
