Job summary

Origo BPO Pty is seeking an IT Operations Technical Lead to own and optimize its global IT infrastructure, network, and endpoint management. You will drive security hardening, incident response, and DR planning while mentoring a small team in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid connectivity to US client ERP environments, ensuring uptime and compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT ops experience with network, cloud and endpoint management.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.
• Strong troubleshooting, security, and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, networking and client connectivity for 300+ agents and hybrid setups.
• Administer Azure AD/Entra ID, M365, and endpoint compliance with Intune/SCCM.
• Lead security hardening, incident response, DR planning and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor the IT team and drive a proactive culture with SLA-driven metrics.
