Job summary

VA Platinum is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to serve as the technical anchor for our IT infrastructure and support functions. Lead complex issues, guide junior staff, and ensure continuity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires cross-platform expertise (Windows, macOS, Linux), cloud and on-prem systems, strong networking, and experience supporting foreign clients in a multicultural setting. On-site work at Cebu IT Park is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and support, plus 2+ years in Senior/Technical Lead role.
• Experience providing technical assistance to foreign clients or in a multicultural global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and certifications valued.
• Advanced administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Solid networking grounding (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls).
• Hands-on with VoIP platforms and basic database management.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, and Linux.
• Strong English communication with international stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• On-site work at Cebu Site (IT Park, Cebu).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and guide junior staff.
• Support daily technical workflows and maintain operational continuity.
• Deliver global technical support to foreign clients and international stakeholders.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain local/remote network infrastructure.
• Administer cloud suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and enterprise email.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
• Support deployment and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
