Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related IT change management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, plan, and prioritize proposed changes to IT systems.
• Develop and maintain change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate CAB meetings to review and approve change requests.
• Coordinate communication and training for stakeholders on upcoming changes.
• Monitor progress of change implementations and address issues.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate effectiveness.
• Serve as domain expert, guiding colleagues and customers on change management.
