Job summary

DTCC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in IT Change Management to drive the planning, evaluation, authorization, and implementation of changes with minimal business disruption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate CAB meetings while aligning with ITIL practices and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in IT change management, strong communication, and ITSM/ServiceNow experience, with ITIL certifications and knowledge of AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of IT change management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and principles.
• Experience managing complex changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow preferred).
• ITIL v4 Foundation/Managing Professional or Change Management certifications desirable.
• Knowledge in AI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize, and plan proposed changes to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain change management processes and procedures per ITIL best practices.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate CAB meetings to review and approve change requests.
• Coordinate communication and training for stakeholders on upcoming changes.
• Monitor progress of change implementations and address deviations.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate change effectiveness.
• Serve as a domain expert on change management processes.
