Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of IT change management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize, and plan proposed changes to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain change management processes and ITIL-aligned procedures.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate CAB meetings to review requests, ensuring alignment with objectives and compliance.
• Coordinate communication and training for stakeholders about upcoming changes.
• Monitor progress of change implementations and address deviations from the plan.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate effectiveness and improvements.
• Serve as a domain expert on change management, guiding colleagues and customers.
