Job summary

Ascendion in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead IT project change initiatives. You will design ADKAR-based strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of new processes across teams.

You will develop impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials, monitor adoption metrics, address resistance, and report outcomes to project leaders. This role partners with PMs and IT teams to ensure changes are integrated into project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–4 years of change management experience, preferably with ADKAR.
• Hands-on experience driving change adoption in IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with project goals.
• Identify stakeholders and communicate updates and impact.
• Plan and deliver training to enable user adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk mitigation planning.
• Monitor adoption and perform post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs and IT teams to integrate change activities.
