Job summary

Kavi Philippines is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence across Panay and the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related four-year course.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably IT/Software/BPO.
• Ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in English, Filipino, and Hiligaynon.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with prospective clients across industries.
• Present and demonstrate software products and IT solutions, communicating business value and ROI.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop trusted client relationships with exceptional service and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and support product strategies.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports for management.
