Job summary

Innospire IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Batangas/Laguna area to drive new business opportunities and tailor IT solutions to client needs. You will work with management and technical teams to craft proposals and close deals, visiting client sites and promoting a broad range of IT products and services.

The role requires 1–2 years in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling IT products or related technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to visit client sites and meet decision-makers.
• Willing to travel within Batangas, Laguna, and nearby areas.
• Results-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; ability to learn tech products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts.
• Identify decision-makers and build relationships with potential customers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs assessments.
• Promote IT products and solutions, including printers, networking, IT infra, cybersecurity, UPS, and other tech.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Follow up leads from initial contact through closing.
• Negotiate pricing within company parameters.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Coordinate with Technical Team for requirements and proposals.
• Coordinate with Admin/Operations for orders, delivery, billing, and collections.
• Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales and gross-profit targets.
• Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and business development activities.
