Job summary

Bacardi-Martini Philippines Inc (BMC) is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT services, FTS, to translate business requirements into detailed function specs and manage changes. You will work on Forecast to Stock processes, SAP ECC/APO/IBP, and support S4HANA readiness with external partners.

You will collaborate with markets, plants and super-users, develop design specs, test plans, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Forecast to Stock with SAP ECC, APO, IBP
• Deep knowledge of business processes in FTS
• Ability to translate business requirements into specs
• Experience coordinating with external delivery partners
• Experience in developing solution architecture and test plans

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed function specs
• Manage changes to specifications and align with global templates
• Collaborate with markets/plants and super-users for solution delivery
• Develop and review design specifications for solutions/applications
• Create and execute test plans to ensure requirements are met
• Maintain configuration documentation along the SDLC
