Bacardi in Manila invites an experienced SAP Finance professional to drive delivery and support for FI/CO and S/4HANA modules. You will align business needs with SAP capabilities, participate in configuration, testing, and deployment, and collaborate across teams to implement robust financial solutions.

You will mentor teams, promote automation, and work with data governance to ensure data quality and accurate reporting. This role offers growth in a global finance tech environment.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or related technology roles.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (Record-to-Report, Controlling, Treasury, or Consolidation).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0; understanding of Universal Journal and Fiori apps.
• Working knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG-F), Group Reporting, or Central Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and support SAP Finance solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (FI, CO, AA, Group Reporting).
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
• Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP finance solutions.
• Collaborate across teams and handle integrations: P2P, O2C, ITF, FTS, R2R, MDG-F, Data & Analytics.
• Support Finance Master Data processes and data quality.
• Partner with Finance business to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Drive automation, simplification, and standardization.
• Support analytics tools adoption (SAC, GRDC, BTP extensions).
