Job summary

Bacardi invites a Senior Analyst, IT Services, Source-To-Pay to drive SAP-based procurement solutions within ERP services. You will gather and translate business requirements into functional specs, manage change requests, and collaborate with markets, super-users, and external partners.

You will report to a Service Manager, Tech Services, PTP, supporting project definition, cost assessment, and rollout activities while ensuring up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP SRM and integration scenarios required.
• ABAP knowledge is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, develop functional specifications and implement changes.
• Translate business requirements into design specs for ERP-related solutions.
• Assist in developing solution/application architecture.
• Review technical specifications and create test plans.
• Maintain configuration documentation across the software lifecycle.
• Train users and manage transition for rollout projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines, scope and budget.
• Provide status reports to management.
