Job summary

FMC Corporation in Taguig City, Philippines, seeks an experienced EFT Ops - Supply Planning Systems Analyst to align SAP IBP/S4HANA planning with business goals. You will partner with Product Managers and global teams to design, configure, and optimize planning capabilities, while ensuring data integrity and smooth system integrations across BW/4HANA, CPI-DS, and BPC environments.

The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery of scalable SAP planning solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BIS/SCM or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Systems Analysis, ERP implementations, or Digital Product Delivery.
5+ years hands-on with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP Supply Planning, and related tools.
Experience with BW/4HANA, BPC, SAP APO SNP in integrated environments.
Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory, capacity planning, and process documentation.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in global supply chain environments.
SAP IBP, SAP Supply Chain Planning, SAP S/4HANA certifications or training is highly preferred.
Experience with MEIO is an advantage.
Experience supporting Agile delivery and large-scale supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Planning stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable SAP planning solutions.
Support design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP IBP Supply Planning capabilities.
Document planning processes, system architecture, data flows, and business rules.
Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend future-state solutions.
Drive continuous improvement focused on planning effectiveness and inventory optimization.
Support solution evaluations, business case development, and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with development, testing, integration, and operations teams to deliver enhancements.
Execute testing, UAT support, and validation of planning outputs and integrations.
Support change management, governance, and release management activities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot planning and integration issues.
