Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT services to drive Forecast to Stock processes and SAP-enabled solutions. You will gather business requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and manage changes across global templates, often coordinating with markets and external partners.

You will work with SAP ECC, APO, IBP modules and (in future) S/4HANA, applying strong IT capabilities to support planning, production execution, and plant maintenance within FTS streams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Forecast to Stock with SAP ECC and SAP IBP components.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Experience with external delivery partners and global templates.
• Strong documentation, testing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed function specs.
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with Global template.
• Collaborate with markets/plants and external delivery partners.
• Develop and review design specifications for solutions/applications.
• Create and execute test plans ensuring requirements are met.
• Maintain configuration documentation throughout SDLC.
