Job summary

BACARDI-MARTINI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Services, focused on Forecast to Stock. You will translate business requirements into function specifications and manage change requests, working with SAP ECC modules, APO, IBP, and future S4HANA.

You will collaborate with markets/plants and external delivery partners, develop design specifications, architecture, test plans, and documentation, and ensure project deliverables meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

5+ years in Forecast to Stock with SAP ECC (PP, PP-PI, PM, IM, WM, QM, MM), SAP-APO (SCM), SAP IBP.
Experience creating and modifying specifications and configurations to meet requirements.
Experience developing and executing integrated test plans.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Educational background: University degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into detailed function specifications and manage changes.
Assist business in integrating requirements with other processes; maintain up-to-date documentation.
Collaborate with markets/plants and external delivery partners to develop or support solutions.
Maintain close relationship with FTS solution managers and ensure alignment with Global template.
Support project definition, initial cost assessment, and integration of project suppliers/vendors.
Develop and review design specifications; assist in solution/app architecture.
Review technical specifications and create/execute test plans.
Document configuration throughout the system development lifecycle and train super users.
