Job summary

BACARDI-MARTINI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a senior SAP Finance professional to join the Finance Tech team in Manila. You will lead SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery across FI/CO/AA and Group Reporting, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP standards.

You will also drive data governance, master data processes, and finance analytics adoption, partnering with business units to deliver automation and continuous improvement across financial processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or related tech roles.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (R2R, Controlling, Treasury, Consolidation).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0; understands Universal Journal & Fiori.
• Working knowledge of MDG-F, Group Reporting, or Central Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• SAP Finance Delivery & Support: deliver and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO/AA, Group Reporting).
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
• Collaborate across P2P, O2C, ITF, FTS, R2R, Master Data Governance, Security & Authorization, Data & Analytics.
• Support Data Management & Governance, finance MDG-F processes and data quality.
• Drive automation, standardization, and adoption of analytics tools like SAC/BTP.
