Job summary

Bacardi-Martini Philippines Inc (BMC) invites a Senior SAP Finance professional to Manila to join the Finance Tech team. Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery and ensure alignment with business requirements across FI/CO/AA and Group Reporting.

You will drive data governance, MDG-F processes, and cross‑functional automation with analytics tools and cloud extensions. 5+ years in SAP Finance required; global stakeholder engagement expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or related technology roles.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (R2R, Controlling, Treasury, Consolidation).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0; understanding of Universal Journal and Fiori apps.
• Working knowledge of MDG-F, Group Reporting, or Central Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global environment.
• Exposure to SAC or BTP extensions.
• Understanding of finance data structures, data quality metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support SAP S/4HANA Finance including FI, CO, AA and Group Reporting.
• Align business requirements with SAP standard functionality.
• Configure, test, document, and deploy SAP financial solutions.
• Collaborate across P2P, O2C, ITF, FTS, R2R, MDG-F, Security & Data & Analytics.
