Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking an experienced Insurance Admin professional to support brokers and ensure seamless service for clients in the New Zealand insurance space from our Philippines office. You will handle quotes, policy changes, renewals, and statements while upholding company standards and compliance.

The role requires strong CK insurance knowledge, CRM familiarity, and MS Office proficiency, enabling accurate information handling and efficient coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with New Zealand insurance industry.
• Experience with multiple general insurance lines preferred.
• Experience with insurance software or any CRM systems.
• Understanding of insurance and insurance related products.
• Knowledge of relevant Acts and legal obligations.
• Computer literate – confident user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support ensuring accuracy of information provided.
• Obtain quotes from insurers for new business and remarketing of existing business at renewal.
• Accurately process policy changes, eg new business, renewals, cancellations, etc.
• Manage Monthly Statement process in accordance with Credit Control procedures.
• Assist brokers to manage renewals in accordance with Renewal process procedures.
• Comply with Company standards, processes, procedures and policies.
• Adherence to IBANZ Code of Conduct.
• Adhere to the obligations required of a Financial Service Provider.
