Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Australian insurance brokers
• Assist with insurance documentation, client records, renewals, endorsements, and policy-related updates
• Maintain accurate information across insurance systems and broker support platforms
• Support broker teams with client files, data entry, document preparation, and follow-up tasks
• Help ensure insurance records and supporting documents are complete and organized
• Coordinate with internal teams or broker stakeholders regarding missing information or required updates
• Follow established insurance, compliance, and documentation processes
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines

Requirements

• Experience in Australian insurance is required
• Experience supporting insurance brokers or insurance-related back-office workflows
