New Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead enterprise server infrastructure support, virtualization, and cloud services. This remote role requires 5+ years in MSP‑like environments, expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, VMware, SAN, backup and network fundamentals.

You will diagnose issues, ensure SLA targets, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing and supporting enterprise server infrastructure, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong expertise across Windows Server, Linux, AD, Azure AD, Group Policy, M365, NPS and WSUS.
• Proven virtualization, storage, backup and DR experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, SAN and Veeam.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for servers, storage, network and cloud infrastructure across environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, virtualization and cloud platforms for performance and security.
• Diagnose infrastructure issues via troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor system health, manage incidents and ensure SLA targets.
• Support AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for infrastructure upgrades and technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and configurations.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues; contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and resolve critical incidents.
