Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead managed services delivery across Azure, M365, endpoints, servers, VMware, and backups. You will participate in infrastructure projects, support senior engineers, and drive standardisation and documentation while engaging customers for updates and recommendations.

The role emphasizes Level 2/3 escalation, incident resolution, and proactive system health across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

7 years in IT services, ideally with MSP
4+ years hands-on L2 admin for Windows servers, AD/Entra, DNS, GPO, M365
Experience administering Azure workloads, servers, VPN gateways
Strong knowledge of hybrid AD/Entra environments
Experience with BYO/managed services delivery and documentation

Responsibilities

Managed Services Delivery: support delivery and ongoing management across Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, VMware, and backup platforms.
Project Support: participate in infrastructure and cloud projects including Azure migrations, Microsoft 365 deployments, and backup implementations.
Technical Support & Escalation: Level 2/3 escalation point for service desk engineers, troubleshoot and resolve cloud/infrastructure issues.
Standardisation & Documentation: follow standards for deployments and configurations; maintain runbooks and procedures.
Customer Engagement: communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide updates; support onboarding and service improvements.
