Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a Senior Engineer role with a track record in enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated success in delivering IT infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support across client infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and manage incidents.
