Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Hybrid architect to drive enterprise infrastructure modernization and bridge on-prem with cloud-native ecosystems.

You will lead landing zones, security guardrails, and large-scale migrations across AWS and Azure, overseeing design reviews, incidents, and PoC initiatives in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud engineering; 7+ years in a Wintel role.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365, and AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of IAM, security governance, and hybrid networking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Principal Technical Hybrid lead for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Design and govern hybrid multi-cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, cloud networking).
• Lead large-scale on‑prem to cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Lead technical design reviews, incident escalations, and PoC initiatives.
• Ensure landing zones, guardrails, and architecture standards are followed.

Overview

High-impact technical authority with over 7+ years of experience driving enterprise infrastructure modernization, multi-cloud architecture, and global operations governance. A hands-on, who bridges the gap between legacy on-premises environments and modern cloud-native ecosystems. Proven track record eliminating architectural fragmentation by enforcing robust Landing Zones, standardized Hub-and-Spoke networks, Adept at leading complex migrations, resolving critical cross-platform escalations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Principal Technical Hybrid person for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.


• We are looking for following skills:

  • Core network services (DNS, identity, domain architecture)

• Ability to produce and review architecture and design documentation.

• Good understanding of IT compliance (eg. security, privacy, PCI, SOX, ISO 27001 etc.)


• Can run independent Projects on its Own.

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).


• Backup platform (Veeam.).


• Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft 365, ITIL, Security).
