Job summary

BigIdea FinTech Group is seeking an ambitious Sales Specialist to drive payment solutions in the iGaming and Betting sectors. The role covers the complete sales cycle, from identifying merchants to onboarding, launch, and ongoing growth, with a network of senior decision-makers and a strong market presence in Europe.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in B2B sales, a proven track record selling to iGaming/Betting merchants, and fluency in English and Russian at a high level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or active outbound sales.
• At least 1 year of proven experience selling payment solutions to iGaming/Betting merchants.
• Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem.
• Good knowledge of the iGaming and Betting industry.
• Existing network of relevant merchants and industry contacts.
• Established relationships with merchant representatives and C-level decision-makers.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Confidence communicating with founders, business owners, and senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
• Strong self-organization, reliability, and attention to deadlines.
• English and Russian at B2 level or above.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, industry events, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchants within the iGaming and Betting industry.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to commercial negotiations and closing.
• Sell and present payment solutions based on each merchant’s markets, payment flows, and business requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, C‑level executives, and other key decision‑makers.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth launch.
• Develop existing commercial relationships and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline in CRM.
• Deliver against individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct both online and face‑to‑face commercial negotiations.
• Represent the company at international iGaming, fintech, payments, and betting conferences.
• Build new industry relationships and develop the company’s merchant network.
• Stay up to date with developments across the European payments and iGaming markets.
• Share market intelligence and merchant feedback to support the company’s commercial strategy.
