Job summary

Bet On Talent is seeking a Payments Partnerships Lead to proactively identify, evaluate, onboard providers for new markets, and optimize existing market entries. You will manage relationships with PSPs and risk vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with the Director of Payments.

You will analyze costs, monitor supplier performance, stay ahead of regulatory shifts, and collaborate with Product on pricing and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a high‑risk industry such as iGaming or Forex
• Network in offshore markets and ability to onboard multiple brands quickly
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Experience collecting due diligence documents and vetting contract terms
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel periodically to Malta (~2 times per year)

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, demo, test, and onboard payment providers for new markets and optimizations
• Lead day‑to‑day relations with PSPs and risk solution providers; conduct annual contract reviews
• Partner with Product to analyze payment costs vs conversion; monitor incidents and escalation
• Be the go‑to contact for supplier details, fee structures, and technical contacts
• Perform continuous operational, financial, and compliance risk analyses on supplier setups
• Monitor queues and follow up on tasks; investigate new requests
• Stay informed on competitor offerings, regulatory shifts, and new payment tech
• Utilize AI tools to streamline onboarding docs and contract synthesis
