Job summary

Zenith United Electric Corp in the Philippines seeks a seasoned sales leader with 5–8 years in B2B project sales, preferably in HVAC and ventilation, to drive growth across contractor, consultant, and industrial accounts.

The role requires coaching a sales team, managing pipelines, and delivering forecasts, with willingness to visit client sites and project locations to win strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably HVAC, ventilation, construction, building materials, or engineering solutions.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong experience in B2B/project sales with contractors, consultants, developers, engineering firms, and commercial/industrial accounts.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing pipelines, forecasting, and developing strategic accounts.
• Experience in technical specification selling and consultant engagement preferred.
• Strong understanding of ventilation/HVAC products, applications, and project requirements.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards; familiarity with PSVARE and PSME advantageous.
• Excellent skills in business development, negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; ability to manage team performance and drive accountability.
• Willingness to conduct client, consultant, and project-site visits.

Education
