You will lead technical presentations, identify new markets, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or sales leadership.
• Strong consultant and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, results-driven approach and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Mechanical Division’s sales strategy and revenue growth.
• Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with mechanical consultants, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Drive product specification and project development opportunities.
• Identify new markets, projects, and business opportunities.
• Lead technical presentations and industry engagements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery.
