Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities in the hub, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch and inventory management.

You will monitor productivity and drive performance against hub KPIs, while supporting the Customer Support team with escalations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse operations, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; ecommerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environments preferred.
• Experience with payments processing or similar functions.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
