Job summary

Corus Consulting is seeking a Senior HRIS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our team in Mexico. You will leverage HR systems knowledge to transform HR data into actionable insights that support executive decision making.

You'll partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and HRIS to deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, SQL, Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, HR data management, or BI.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Strong Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, UKG Workforce Management and/or UKG Pro.
• Solid understanding of workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, payroll, org effectiveness).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with a strong combination of HR systems knowledge, workforce analytics, data management, and business intelligence, who can transform complex HR data into actionable insights.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HR Data Management, or Business Intelligence
• Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
• Strong experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, UKG Workforce Management and/or UKG Pro
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
