Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, IT, BA, IS, CS, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR systems/HRIS/analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM preferred.
• Experience with HR system testing (UAT) and automation preferred.
• Experience leading HR systems projects or digital transformation is an advantage.

Job description

The position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data to support business decision-making. The role also manages assigned HR systems projects, including planning, implementation, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management, while supporting system testing, automation initiatives, documentation, and the day-to-day operation of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate meaningful reports and insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to support business decision-making
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and reporting
• Lead or manage assigned HR systems initiatives, including planning, coordinating timelines, documentation, implementation, and stakeholder communication
• Support HR system testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of HR systems projects and resolve system-related concerns
• Recommend process improvements to enhance HR systems, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Stay updated on emerging trends in HR technology, automation, and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, HR Analytics, Data Reporting, or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms) is preferred
• Experience with HR system testing (UAT), system implementation, process improvement, or automation initiatives is preferred
• Experience leading or managing HR systems projects, digital transformation initiatives, or cross-functional projects is an advantage
