Private Advertiser seeks a Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics Lead to drive compensation programs, analytics, budgeting, and workforce forecasting. You will partner with leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize talent attraction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
The role requires strong expertise in salary benchmarking, HR analytics, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with a strategic, stakeholder-focused mindset.
The Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics Lead is responsible for leading compensation and total rewards initiatives, delivering workforce analytics, salary forecasting, budgeting support, and business-driven compensation solutions. The role acts as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders by providing data-driven recommendations that support talent attraction, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and total rewards programs
Conduct salary benchmarking using market surveys and external compensation databases
Review and recommend salary offers, promotions, transfers, and retention adjustments
Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs
Evaluate job positions and ensure internal equity across the organization
Analyze pay structures and recommend improvements aligned with market competitiveness
Prepare workforce, compensation, and labor cost analytics
Develop salary budgets, workforce forecasts, and compensation projections
Create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on organizational and workforce planning decisions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, total rewards, workforce planning, HR analytics, budgeting & forecasting, and HR business partnering
Experience partnering with senior leaders and business stakeholders
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Modeling)
Strong workforce analytics and reporting capability
Experience using compensation survey platforms (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Aon/Radford, JobStreet, etc.)
Understanding of job evaluation methodologies
Budgeting and labor cost forecasting experience
Proficiency in HRIS and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred
Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical & data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, influencing & negotiation skills, project management, process improvement mindset, executive communication, and change management capabilities
