Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in BPO, MSP, offshore staffing, professional services, or technology preferred.
• Strong employee relations, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics.
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
