Job summary

Booth is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to design and run HR for its Philippine operations and support APAC/AU regions. The role starts by building local HR foundations, including entity setup, policies, contracts, and pay structures, then operates as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning global policy with Philippine practice.

You will partner with Global HR, manage complex employee relations, and shape local engagement and HR processes as the team grows.

Qualifications

8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as HRBP/HR Manager/HR Consultant.
Built or established an HR function or major framework from scratch.
Direct ER case ownership including terminations and proceedings.
Philippine labor law expertise and compliance knowledge.
Pay and benefits design experience with salary bands or benefits programs.
Strong written and spoken English with evidence-based leadership communication.

Responsibilities

Build: design local HR foundations (entity setup, policies, contracts, disciplinary processes).
Build: plan local payroll and benefits structures with market data for design and approval.
Build: HR operations setup (onboarding, offboarding, 201 files, HRIS like Oracle/ADP).
Run: provide strategic HR advisory to leaders and partners with Global HR.
Run: handle complex employee relations cases through resolution and compliance proceedings.
Run: manage performance coaching, escalation paths, and policy alignment across regions.
Run: engage local teams and scale HR processes as headcount grows.
