Qualifications

• Formulate country HR policies aligned with 2X strategy.
• Coordinate country HR initiatives with management on timelines.
• Drive strategic workforce planning to support short- and long-term needs.
• Manage large-scale change programs to implement business strategy.
• Provide expert HR consultation to country management.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, training, talent, etc.
• Ensure compliant, secure HR operations in support of the business.
• Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace reflecting local communities.
• Coach leaders to develop high-performing, engaged teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR functions.
