Qualifications

• Experience in HR consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key internal HR initiatives and programs.
• Provide HR consulting and advisory support to clients.
• Develop and review HR policies, employee handbooks, and HR documents.
• Conduct HR audits, compliance reviews, and salary benchmarking.
• Support clients on employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
• Supervise and provide guidance to HR team members.
