SUMIDENSO AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES ASIA CORPORATION is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition lead to oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple channels. The role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong problem-solving and data analytics skills, and the ability to work independently within a team.

The position focuses on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and collaboration with HR services such as compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of extensive background in talent acquisition.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various techniques and strategies.
• Experience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
• Adept at problem-solving and resolving issues timely.
• Volume hiring and technical recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics and HRIS is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and related software.

• Has more than 7 years of extensive background in handling talent acquisition
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies
• Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and on-boarding)
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
