Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc in Cavite, Philippines is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, post vacancies, screen resumes, interview candidates onsite or online, and coordinate with agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in ATS and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field
• 2–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment platforms, and ATS
• Proficient in Google Workspace and communication apps (Viber, Telegram, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Validate MRFs, job descriptions, and org charts
• Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and reports
• Post vacancies on internal and external platforms
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and vendors
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (onsite, online, or phone)
• Schedule final interviews with hiring managers
• Prepare candidate assessments and interview documentation
• Facilitate background checks and final hiring approvals
• Prepare and issue job offers based on salary matrix
• Guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding with Admin and L&D teams
• Ensure timely HRIS encoding, ID issuance, and announcements
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports
• Post job vacancies across internal and external platforms (Indeed, JobStreet, etc.)
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and external vendors
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (onsite, online, or phone)
• Schedule and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers
• Prepare candidate assessments and complete interview documentation
• Facilitate background checks and final hiring approvals
• Prepare and issue job offers based on the approved salary matrix
• Guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding requirements
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Admin and L&D teams
