Job summary

Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corporation is seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee relations and policy compliance at our Clark Freeport Zone facility in Pampanga, Philippines.

The role requires handling employee concerns, conducting workplace investigations, and managing disciplinary cases while upholding integrity and confidentiality. Experience in engagement initiatives is a plus, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or any business related courses.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations.
• Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures.
• Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage.
• Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus.
