Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR Talent Acquisition (Construction) to lead talent acquisition and provide HR advisory to business units.

You will drive manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future needs. You will also champion employer branding and candidate experience, monitor timelines and costs, and support HR across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment operations and HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in leading the HR Business Partner team and delivering talent acquisition and HR advisory services.
• Partner with Business Units on manpower planning, hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and pipeline development.
• Drive employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment metrics to improve timelines and costs.
• Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, work passes, engagement, performance, retention and grievances.
• Review and improve HR policies, recruitment processes, and compliance with company requirements and Singapore employment law.
• Coach HRBPs and junior team members to strengthen capability and service quality.
• Lead HR automation and digitalisation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

As a Assistant Manager, HR Talent Acquisition (Construction), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the HR Manager in leading the HR Business Partner team and delivering effective talent acquisition and HR advisory services.

• Partner with Business Units on manpower planning, hiring priorities, and recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate assessment, offers, reference checks, onboarding, and talent pipeline development.

• Drive employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment improvements by monitoring hiring timelines, costs, and key recruitment metrics.

• Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, work passes, employee engagement, performance management, retention, disciplinary and grievance matters.

• Review and improve HR policies, recruitment processes, SOPs, and compliance practices in line with company requirements and Singapore employment legislation.

• Coach and develop HRBPs and junior HR team members to strengthen team capability and service quality.

• Lead HR automation and digitalisation initiatives to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment operations and HR business partnering.
