The role requires a 3-5 year track record in employee relations, engagement, and labor relations, with strong communication, integrity, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or any business related courses
• 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations
• Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts
• Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures
• Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage
• Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supports the workplace by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assists in handling employee relations initiatives, investigations, and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment through engagement activities and documentation.
