Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
• Implement sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, JobStreet, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews; evaluate candidates and make recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee queries.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to general HR operations
• Experience across multiple HR functions with demonstrated progression in responsibilities and scope
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in HR System, MS Office, and Recruitment Platforms
• Proficiency in any Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for managing employee data and HR processes
