Job summary

RTX in the Philippines is actively seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with local leadership on people strategies. This hybrid role partners with multiple HR teams, aligning initiatives with business priorities and ensuring compliant employee relations programs across the site.

The incumbent will coach leaders, analyze HR data, and support workforce planning and development while driving an inclusive and high-performing culture within a manufacturing/industrial context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations practices and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and people leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders in handling employee concerns, improving team effectiveness and strengthening employee engagement.
• Interpret and implement company policies, HR programs and applicable labor laws.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR data to identify risks, recommend solutions and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with People and Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other HR teams.
• Support organizational initiatives, change management, culture-building activities, and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive employee experience
