Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations Specialist, or similar HR role.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations practices, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and people leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders in handling employee concerns, improving team effectiveness and strengthening employee engagement.
• Interpret and implement company policies, HR programs and applicable labor laws.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR data to identify risks, recommend solutions and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with People and Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other HR teams.
• Support organizational initiatives, change management, culture-building activities.
